Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Ferenheit
Mix pumpkin puree, brownie mix and espresso powder until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
Bake in mini muffin tins for 12-15 minutes or in bars for 20-25. Keep in mind that these will be doughy and delicious in the center, a toothpick likely wont come out clean due to the pumpkin. Texture is like a flourless cake.
Let it cool a bit, then enjoy.Or if you're like me and have 0 patience, just scoop some out with a spoon for a lava cake style treat!
