Oven-Baked Crispy Drumsticks
Simple seasoned drumsticks baked until golden and crispy. Add BBQ for a sticky finish.

Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Pat drumsticks dry, toss with oil and seasonings, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway. Internal temp should be 165°F.
- Optional: Brush with BBQ sauce and bake 5 more minutes for a sticky finish.
