Farmstand Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks browned butter cool
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- -Preheat oven to 390°
- -cream together cold butter and sugars
- -add in eggs one by one and mix between each
- -add in all dry ingredients and mix until just combined
- -fold in chocolate chips
- -form into large balls or towers. (I prefer towers as they make a thicker cookie)
- -bake for 12-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown!
- **mine are approx 2oz and took 16 1/2 minutes and made 16 cookies
