Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Ingredients for the Mix:

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* ¼ cup white sugar

* ½ cup brown sugar

* ½ tsp baking soda

* ½ tsp salt

* ¾ cup chocolate chips

To Bake: Add 1 stick softened butter, 1 large egg, and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Mix well, drop by

spoonfuls, and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Sugar Cookie Mix

Ingredients for the Mix:

* 1½ cups all-purpose flour

* ¾ cup white sugar

* ½ tsp baking powder

* ½ tsp baking soda

* ½ tsp salt

To Bake: Add 1 stick softened butter, 1 large egg, and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Mix well and bake at

350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Oatmeal Cookie Mix

Ingredients for the Mix:

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* ½ cup white sugar

* ½ cup brown sugar

* 1½ cups rolled oats

* ½ tsp baking soda

* ½ tsp salt

* 1 tsp cinnamon

* Optional: ½ cup raisins and/or chopped nuts

To Bake: Add 1 stick softened (or melted) butter, 1 large egg, and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Mix,

refrigerate 30 minutes, and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Gingerbread Cookie Mix

Ingredients for the Mix:

* 1¾ cups all-purpose flour

* ¾ cup dark brown sugar

* ¾ tsp baking soda

* ½ tsp salt

* ½ Tbsp ground ginger

* 1½ tsp ground cinnamon

* ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

* ¼ tsp ground cloves

To Bake: Add ½ stick softened butter, 1 large egg, and ⅛ cup molasses. Mix well and bake at

350°F for 9–11 minutes.
