Cake batter bites
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips (or sprinkles, m&ms, anything you like!)
- 1 stick melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 350.Spray an 9x13 baking pan with oil spray. Spray it well! You want them
- to be able to come right out of the pan later!Combine all four ingredients until well mixed. The
- batter will be THICK, and you’ll have to use some elbow grease to get it out of the mixer, but this
- is when you know the consistency is right on the money!
- Spread evenly in baking dish! To make this easier, I usually spray my clean hands with a little
- cooking spray and press evenly, works like a charm!Bake for 20 minutes!Immediately chill in the
- fridge for two hours; this will allow the bites to set up before you cut them!Cut into bite sized
- pieces, and enjoy!
