Mixed Berry Magic: Crafting the Perfect Drink

How to Use a 31:13 Studios Freeze-Dried Infusion Kit

Our freeze-dried infusion kits are designed to make flavoring drinks simple, fast, and flexible—no complicated steps, no special equipment, and no waiting weeks for results.

Each kit is pre-measured and ready to use. All you have to do is infuse, chill, and enjoy.

What You’ll Need

  • One 31:13 Studios Freeze-Dried Infusion Kit

  • Your choice of alcohol
(vodka, rum, gin, tequila, or whiskey all work well depending on the flavor)

  • A refrigerator

  • Optional: soda water, juice, or tonic for mixing

3 Easy Steps

1. Prepare the Jar
Remove the moisture absorber from the jar. This is only used for storage and should not be included during infusion.

2. Add Alcohol
Fill the jar with alcohol of your choice, making sure the fruit is fully submerged.

3. Chill & Infuse
Seal the jar and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
For a stronger flavor, you can let it infuse longer—up to 24 hours.

Once infused, strain out the fruit and your infusion is ready to use.

How to Enjoy It

  • Sip as-is over ice

  • Mix with soda water, juice, or tonic

  • Use as a cocktail base for easy entertaining

One kit makes approximately 16 ounces, or 8–16 drinks, depending on how strong you pour.

Can I Reuse the Kit?

Yes!
After the first use, the fruit can be infused a second time for an additional 6–8 drinks. The flavor will be lighter but still delicious, please note that if you want the sweeter notes you will need to add sugar or a sweetener of your choice.

Storage Tips

  • Store infused alcohol in the refrigerator

  • Best enjoyed within 1 month for optimal flavor
