Chai Tea Latte - High Protein

Ingredients

  • 2 Tea Bags (I used red raspberry leaf)
  • 2 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp Instant Chai Tea Powder https://amzn.to/4qaV1gi
  • 12 oz Milk or Water I used Fairlife for extra protein boost
  • 4 oz Water Boiling
  • 12 oz Ice **Optional

Instructions

  • Heat up 4 oz of water to boiling and steep tea bags until desired potency.
  • Strain tea bags (if desired)
  • Mix in sweetener and Chai Tea Powder concentrate.

  • Once Mixed add COLD milk or water and pour over ice if desired.
