Notes
Ever look at the price of those Betty Crocker cookie mixes and do a double-take? They’ve gone
from $1 to over $2.50 each! That’s when I had my “Ah-ha!” moment — why not make my own
pre-mixes and keep them in the pantry? These are just as convenient (only need butter, egg,
and vanilla), taste even better, and cost pennies per batch.
I whipped up 8 different mixes in under 20 minutes for less than $3.20 total — that’s huge
savings compared to store-bought!
