April always comes in hot. Sports start up, the calendar gets stupid, and dinner can fall apart fast if you do not have a plan. At 31:13 Studios, we’re all about the 'managed chaos'. That means simple meals, less last-minute panic, and food that gets on the table without draining you dry.

Monday is Crispy Drumsticks, and Tuesday is Lazy Stuffed Shells. Both are solid oven meals that do the heavy lifting without a lot of babysitting. Drumsticks are cheap, filling, and hard to mess up. Stuffed shells sound like effort, but the lazy version keeps it doable. Put them in the oven, handle the rest of your life, and call it good.

Wednesday is Chicken Fajitas, which is fast and saves the middle of the week. Thursday is Mississippi Meatballs in the Crockpot, which is exactly the kind of dinner you need when your brain is done. One meal cooks quick. One meal cooks itself. That is the point.

Friday is Sloppy Joes because nobody needs a complicated Friday dinner. Saturday is Chicken & Dumplings in the Crockpot because comfort food still matters, and weekends are for meals that feel like home without wrecking your kitchen. Here’s the full menu: Mon: Crispy Drumsticks, Tue: Lazy Stuffed Shells, Wed: Chicken Fajitas, Thu: Mississippi Meatballs (Crockpot), Fri: Sloppy Joes, Sat: Chicken & Dumplings (Crockpot), Sun: Leftovers.

Sunday is leftovers. Use it. Clean out the fridge, reset the kitchen, and get ready for the next round.
