Ingredients
  

  • 2 c blue dish soap
  • 2 tbl baking powder
  • 2 tbl cornstarch
  • 4 tbl glycerine

Method
 

  1. mix and let sit for an hour or two before using

(we used a 2 ft pvc pipe from menards or home depot cut in half with a hold drilled in the end) then we ran cotton cord through in a loop. looks like nunchucks approx. added a weight to the string
