- 4 oz Salami: 4 oz
- 4 oz Pepperoni: 4 oz
- 6 oz Ham: 6 oz
- 4 oz Turkey: 4 oz optional
- 4 oz Capicola: 4 oz optional but adds that deli-shop taste
- 6 oz Provolone: 6 to 8 slices about 6 oz
- 1 bag Iceberg lettuce: ½ large head or one bag shredded ~5–6 cups
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red onion: ¼ to ½ onion thin sliced
- 1/2 c Banana peppers: ½ cup sliced
- 1/2 c Pickles: ½ cup chopped
- 1 Cucumber: ½ cucumber
- 1/4 c Black olives: ¼ cup
- 1/4 c Roasted red peppers: ¼ cup
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 3 large hoagie rolls

Pile meat + cheese + toppings on a cutting board.
Drizzle with about ¾ of the dressing.
Chop until it turns into tiny deli confetti.
Add lettuce last and give it a couple quick chops.
Stuff into rolls or divide into containers.
