Chai Tea Latte - High Protein

Ingredients
- 2 Tea Bags (I used red raspberry leaf)
- 2 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp Instant Chai Tea Powder https://amzn.to/4qaV1gi
- 12 oz Milk or Water I used Fairlife for extra protein boost
- 4 oz Water Boiling
- 12 oz Ice **Optional
Instructions
- Heat up 4 oz of water to boiling and steep tea bags until desired potency.
- Strain tea bags (if desired)
- Mix in sweetener and Chai Tea Powder concentrate. (I used this tea, https://amzn.to/4qaV1gi it's super strong and for $15 you can get 190+ 8 oz servings)
- Once Mixed add COLD milk or water and pour over ice if desired.
