Farmstand Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 2 sticks cold butter cubed 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup
- white sugar 2 eggs 3 cups AP flour 1tsp corn starch
- 3/4tsp baking soda 3/4tsp salt 2 cups chocolate
- chips
- Preheat oven to 390° -cream together cold butter
- and sugars -add in eggs one by one and mix
- between each -add in all dry ingredients and mix
- until just combined (don’t over mix) -fold in chocolate
- chips (or whatever toppings you’re feeling) -form into
- large balls. Mine are almost the size of my fist!
- (Smaller cookies don’t come out the same) -bake for
- 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown!

- mine are approx 4oz and took 16 1/2 minutes ad
- made 16 cookies
