Summer is coming. The "I’m bored" is about to hit high gear.

How to make it
Grab an empty mason jar. Cut up some paper. Write down one simple, screen-free activity on each slip. When the whining starts, they pick a slip. Whatever it says, they do. No negotiations.
Simple ideas to include:
- Build a pillow fort in the living room.
- Water the garden (or the weeds).
- Draw a picture of your favorite snack.
- Have a 5-minute dance party.
- Search for "treasures" in the backyard.
- Sort the Tupperware cupboard
(bonus: chores).

Keep it Real
Don’t overthink the activities. They don’t need to be elaborate. The goal is to get them moving and out of your hair while you finish your coffee or prep dinner.
Keep it simple. Keep it real. You’ve got this.
